Mobile cybersecurity firm Zimperium reports a new Android banking trojan, 'Rokarolla,' is actively targeting 217 finance and cryptocurrency applications. Distributed through malicious websites disguised as popular apps like TikTok and Google Chrome, the malware grants attackers extensive control over infected devices, enabling them to steal PINs, patterns, and passwords. This poses a significant threat to users of both traditional banking and digital asset platforms on Android.

A new Android banking trojan is targeting 217 banking and cryptocurrency apps while giving attackers broad control over infected devices.
