Payments firm Triple-A confirmed an $11.8 million treasury wallet breach, although client funds were reportedly unaffected. Concurrently, crypto exchange BitMart is experiencing withdrawal delays and issues, contributing to an 81.5% decline in its native BMX token.
The stablecoin payments company said client funds were unaffected and that the financial impact would be absorbed through its treasury reserves.
Users reported withdrawal delays and freeze notices as wallets attributed to BitMart fell to about $69 million and its BMX token extended an 81.5% weekly decline.
