According to a court-approved settlement website, NextGen Healthcare is settling with the victims of the cyberattack, which occurred in March and April 2023, after allegedly failing to protect their information.

The court has ordered Citibank to pay Graham approximately $3.5 million, which includes triple the amount that was fraudulently withdrawn, reports the New York Post.
