According to an SEC filing, the university now holds 6,813,612 shares of IBIT, valued at approximately $442.9 million as of September 30. This marks a substantial increase from its previous allocation of 1,906,000 shares, which were worth about $116 million earlier in the year, highlighting a notable strategic move towards digital assets by the renowned educational institution.
