A Seychelles court has ruled that KuCoin cannot consider unwithdrawn tokens as “abandoned,” and subsequently awarded a Swiss investor over $2 million. However, the investor alleges that the exchange has yet to fulfill this payment and plans to initiate further legal action to enforce the judgment.
