Richard Heart is facing allegations that wallets associated with his projects HEX, Pulsechain, and PulseX have funneled over $500 million worth of Ethereum (ETH) through the cryptocurrency mixer Tornado Cash.
It's alleged that wallets benefiting from the launch of Heart's HEX, Pulsechain, and/or PulseX are mixing over $500M dollars worth of ETH.
