Verus Bridge Recovers Substantial ETH After Exploit

According to a report from theblock, a significant amount of Ethereum (ETH) has been returned following an exploit on the Verus bridge. An attacker transferred 4,052.4 ETH, worth approximately $8.5 million at the time, back to the Verus team on Friday. This resolution was reached after the project had initiated a bounty framework, under which the exploiter will reportedly retain a $2.8 million bounty.
